INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN: In the event of a major power outage, extreme winds or threat of tornado or other dangerous weather activity, the City of Charlestown will open the Arts and Enrichment Center at 999 Water Street as an emergency shelter. Please watch our social media channels for updates or call 502-297-4390 to confirm the status of the city's emergency shelter.
