Each year, the generous sponsorship of businesses, individuals and organizations help make community events in Charlestown possible.
Along with community involvement and volunteers, sponsorships help push organized events like the upcoming Charlestown CommUNITY Days to greater heights. Scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 16 through Saturday, Sept. 18, CommUNITY Days will celebrate our community strength with special focus on our Health Care Heroes who helped us get through the tough stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. Charlestown is thrilled to bring friends and neighbors together again.
The event will invite vendors, craft makers and more to set up on the square. Each evening, local music artists will be part of the entertainment offered. Among the other events will be a candlelight vigil (Sept. 16) to honor those lost to covid. Several special events will be part of the three days, including fun activities for children.
Below are ways to get involved as a sponsor.
o $5,000 CommUNITY Champion Sponsorship - Reserved for one company as primary sponsor for the event
LED Advertisement on our electronic city signs for a week leading up to the event and the following 2 days afterwards.
2.5’X10’ Banner will be located on the hillside of the square facing Market Street during the entire three-day event. Banner will note sponsor as “Community Champion”
Listed as a $5,000 Community Champion primary sponsor on our city website and social media pages.
Logo appears on any promotional material and products distributed for the event.
Name announced/displayed at our festival throughout the entire event.
2 Free booth spaces for company to staff and distribute promotional materials (can be side by side for larger area or in separate locations as you prefer)
o $2,500 CommUNITY Advocate Sponsorship
LED Advertisement on our electronic city signs two days before and throughout the event.
2.5’X8’ Banner will be located on Market Street along sidewalk near the library hill (between Clark Road and H&R Block) during the entire three-day event.
Listed as a $2,500 Community Advocate sponsor on our city website and social media pages.
Name announced/displayed at our festival throughout the entire event.
One free booth space for company to staff and distribute promotional materials.
o $1,000 CommUNITY Partner Sponsorship
2.5’X6’ Banner will be located on Market Street during the entire three-day event.
Listed as a $1,000 sponsor on our city websites and social media pages.
