The proposed gateway project aims to improve a sense of place and arrival at State Road 3 and State Road 62, to improve connectivity at the intersection and adjacent proposed developments, identify necessary intersection improvements at the intersection (drainage, utility relocation, traffic movements), and integrate recommended improvements into the character of the adjacent proposed developments.
